Navigating Mess

This piece reveals the mess that was inside my head - while recovering from covid pneumonia and a flare up of vasculitis. I was inspired to do this during a shower after seeing the water dripping on the glass cubicle, that reminded me of the constant dripping effect of my thoughts. And, the swirls of energy that drives negative and positive emotions. #Navigatingmess
